Helmet HALO Technologies wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or refund.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts. Items returned in new, ready to sell condition will receive a full and prompt store credit, exchange or refund excluding any shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. NOTE: Processing of returns can take between 1-2 weeks.
Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), undeliverable or cancelled after being shipped will be subject to our return policy.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item, and we will send you a new replacement product at no cost to you. And, we will pay the return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
How to Return an Item:

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, including any costs, arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain tracking information until you have been credited. We highly recommend using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery so that the item is received in new condition.
Returning for an exchange:
Any item returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for ALL applicable shipping charges.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) the items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit will be sent.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement. The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.
Please note: If a product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a credit or exchange, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.
Your Helmet HALO HITRight Sensor is covered by our product warranty for twelve months from the date of purchase. If any HITRight Sensor you received was found to have defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials we will replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover accident or negligence, alterations made to the product or normal wear and tear.
